Community Building
The community building is available to rent to members only.
Members are welcome to rent the community building on a first come basis. Any member can call or stop by the office and make a reservation. If your reservation is for a weekend, your rental includes both Saturday and Sunday for the same fee.
A rental fee and deposit is required as well as a before and after inventory and inspection with our staff for damage purposes.
Stop by the office anytime during business hours to look at the community building and talk to the staff relating to the fees and/or questions.
Now includes a 37" LCD TV with Cable
