  • Newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms
  • Ownership rights/tax deductions/improvement possibilities

  • Playground equipment
  • Continual upgrades and improvements to both the property and individual townhouses
  • Front and back flower beds where members may plant landscape of their choice. Annually, the Cooperative provides flowers, topsoil and woodchips at no charge.

  • Clubhouse/meeting room available (for a nominal fee)
  • Freedom to improve your townhouse including adding decks, patios, and custom decorating to suit your individual tastes.
