INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Income Requirements- Total households gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the monthly carrying charge. All household members that are 18 years of age and older are used to calculate household income.
MAXIMUM INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Maximum income-At the time of move-in, if the current combined household income of all household members who are 18 years or older exceeds the below limit for their household size, the household is subject to a 10% surcharge on the monthly carrying charges.
